Issue and Return
Issue and Return is part of Infor Mobile Supply Chain Management Analytics. Use this feature to manage issue tickets and returned items. When returned items are re-entered into the inventory ledger, inventory carrying costs starts to incur and warehouse space is taken up. You can use the feature to print issues and return activities for transactions made using handheld devises.
There are several MSCM reports that are available in the dashboards for Issue and Return.
Issue and Return
The Issue and Return dashboard is a graphical presentation of the number of issue and return transactions for a specific period.
Clicking the charts redirects you to Issue and Return Detail, filtered by the value of the selected attribute.
This dashboard has these KPIs:
- Issues and Returns Count
- Average Issues and Returns per Month
- MSCM Central Supply Technician
- MSCM Event Status Code
- Date Range
- The Issue and Return per Month widget is a line chart that shows the number of issue and return activities per date range.
- The Issue and Return per Central Supply Technician widget is a column chart that shows the number of issue and return activities per Central Supply Technician .
- The Issue and Return per Status widget is a donut chart that shows the number of issue and return activities per status .
Issue and Return Detail
The Issue and Return Detail dashboard shows the line detailed report for all issue and return activities. The dashboard includes information such as MSCM requesting location name, MSCM inventory location name, central supply technician, created date, document ID, item, issue quantity, issue quantity UOM, issue status and issue and return detail count.
This dashboard has Issues and Returns Detail Count as a KPI.
