Miscellaneous Receiving

Miscellaneous Receiving is part of Infor Mobile Supply Chain Management Analytics. Miscellaneous Receiving is used to record shipment that were not purchased through normal requisition and PO process. The component records receipts that have no Infor Procurement purchase order. These include personal items, loaner, or free goods from vendors, and so on.

There are several MSCM reports that are available in the dashboards for Miscellaneous Receiving.

Miscellaneous Receipt Header

The Miscellaneous Receipt Header dashboard is a graphical presentation of the number of miscellaneous receipt transactions for a specific period.

This dashboard has these KPIs:

  • Total Miscellaneous Receipt Count
  • Average Misc Receipts per Month
The filters used for slicing data are:
  • Company
  • MSCM Miscellaneous Receiver
  • MSCM Receiving Location Name
  • RAD Miscellaneous Receipt Status
  • RankFilter
  • Vendor
  • Date Range
This dashboard has these widgets:
  • The Miscellaneous Receipts per Month widget is a line chart that shows the number of miscellaneous receipts per month. Clicking the chart redirects you to Miscellaneous Receipt Header Detail, filtered by the selected Date Range.
  • The Miscellaneous Receipts per Receipt Status widget is a donut chart that shows the number of miscellaneous receipts per status. Clicking the chart redirects you to Miscellaneous Receipt Header Detail, filtered by the selected receipt status.
  • The Miscellaneous Receipts per Receiving Location widget is a bar chart that shows the number of miscellaneous receipts per receiving location. Clicking the chart redirects you to Miscellaneous Receipt Header Detail, filtered by the selected MSCM Receiving Location Name.
  • The Miscellaneous Receipts per Vendor widget is a bar chart that shows the number of miscellaneous receipts per vendor.
  • The Miscellaneous Receipts per Miscellaneous Receiver widget is a column chart that shows the number of miscellaneous receipts per miscellaneous receiver. Clicking the chart redirects you to Misc Receipts per Misc Receiver Detail, filtered by the selected Miscellaneous Receiver.

Miscellaneous Receipt Header Detail

The Miscellaneous Receipt Header Detail dashboard shows a detailed report for miscellaneous receipt transactions. The dashboard includes information such as date, miscellaneous receipt ID, miscellaneous receipt status, accept receipt status, receipt type, vendor, MSCM receiving location name, created date, document printer ID, label printer ID and miscellaneous receipt count.

This dashboard has Total Miscellaneous Receipt Count as a KPI.

Miscellaneous Receipt per Misc Receiver Detail

The Miscellaneous Receipts per Miscellaneous Receiver Detail dashboard shows a detailed report for miscellaneous receipts for each Miscellaneous Receiver. The dashboard includes information such as date, miscellaneous receipt ID, miscellaneous receiver, miscellaneous receipt status, accept receipt status, receipt type, vendor, MSCM receiving location name, created date, document printer ID, label printer ID and miscellaneous receipt count.

This dashboard has these KPIs:

  • Total Misc Receipt Count
  • Average Misc Receipts per Misc Receiver

Miscellaneous Receipt Lines

The Miscellaneous Receipt Lines dashboard shows a high-level overview and trend of the number of miscellaneous receipt lines for a specific period. All three widgets jump to Miscellaneous Receipt Lines Detail dashboard when the chart is clicked and is filtered by the selected attribute in the chart.

This dashboard has Miscellaneous Receipt Line Count as a KPI.

The Miscellaneous Receipt Lines Detail dashboard shows a detailed report for miscellaneous receipt lines for a specific period. It has a KPI. The dashboard includes information such as date, miscellaneous receipt ID, receipt line number, miscellaneous receiver, vendor, MSCM receiving location name, packing slip number, miscellaneous receipt tracking number, received date, and miscellaneous receipt line count.

This dashboard has Total Miscellaneous Receipt Line Count as a KPI.
