Checking error logs in the MSCM model space

Use these procedures to check error logs in the MSCM model space.

  1. Open Infor OS Portal’s navigation menu.
  2. In the Applications, select Birst.
  3. Go to Admin > Monitoring.
  4. Click the [tenant]-CSF-Model-MSCM space
  5. In Publishing_Jobs, click More Details.
  6. Download the publishing log file by clicking Download Logs.
  7. Open the file and look for errors.
