Global Ledger dashboards and reports

To access Global Ledger reports, select Global Ledger > dashboard name.

These dashboards are based on the Global Ledger subject area

GL Report Home Page

This Home page dashboard contains embedded filters for different categories which are set to default values and can be selected based on the requirement.

Balance Sheet

The Balance Sheet dashboard has a report which summarizes a company’s assets, liabilities, and equity.

The report which is presented in a table, is a financial statement that provides a snapshot of what a company owns and owes and the amount invested by shareholders.

Account Trial Balance

The Account Trial Balance dashboard is a bookkeeping worksheet where the balance of all ledgers are shown.

The report which is compiled into debit and credit account column totals shows the accounts in the general ledger and the balance of each account.

Click Ending Balance to redirect you to the Detail Trial Balance dashboard which shows the balances in detail.

The Detail Trial Balance dashboard has a report that displays balances in detail.

Click Amounts to redirect you to the Monthly Transactions Detail dashboard which provides transaction detail by account.

Finance Dimension Trial Balance

The Finance Dimension Trial Balance dashboard has a report which is a dynamic listing of the accounts in the general ledger and the balance of each account in the appropriate debit or credit column. The debit and credits are shown dynamically for attributes that were selected.

Income Statement

The Income Statement dashboard has a report that shows statement for net profit including details of expenses and revenue.

It is one of a company’s core financial statement that shows their profit and loss over a period of time. The profit or loss is determined by taking all revenues and subtracting all expenses from both operating and non-operating activities.
