Troubleshooting step: Check that the applied filters are not too restrictive.
If no data is returned regardless of the choice of filters, this may be an issue with data level security. Infor Birst Analytics is delivered with Accounting Entity level security turned on. To access data, users must either set up security groups in the FSM application, or be granted a security exemption role, such as the AccountingEntitySecurityExemption_ST role.
