User sees the CSF Analytics icon in the Infor OS Portal app switcher, but gets a page with an error message after clicking the icon

This message is displayed: “We’re sorry, an error has occurred. Please try again. If this persists, please contact Support.”

Troubleshooting step: Check the CSF Analytics application details in Infor OS Portal Admin Settings. From the landing page, double-click the CSF Analytics icon. Under the Custom Parameters tab, the Identity Provider ID and the Space ID should be the GUIDs from the Infor Birst Consumer space.

The Identity Provider ID is the GUID part of the Service Provider Entity ID field. This is the part following the / character in Infor Birst Admin > SAML.

The Space ID is in the Id field in Admin > Space Management > Space Properties. Select the Consumer space in the left.
