No access to dashboards

This message is displayed: "Linking to the dashboard is disabled because it was made private."

Troubleshooting step: check that the user has the appropriate security roles assigned.

For example:

The Controller_ST security role only gives access to these collections of dashboards and reports:

• Receivables Management
• Payables Management
• Global Ledger
• Franchise Management

If a user has the Controller_ST security role assigned, and no other standard roles, they see the warning above if they try to access another collection, such as Asset Management.
