Setting the Identity User Variable

If the user setup is a multi-tenant, the Identity User variable must be set to TRUE in the Source-Security space.

  1. Go to the Source-Security space
  2. Select Space Management > Manage Variables
  3. If the IdentityUser variable already exists and is set to FALSE, rest your pointer over the line and click the pencil icon. If the variable does not exist, click Create New.
  4. Set the variable name to IdentityUser.
  5. Set Type to Constant.
  6. Set Return Value to Single Value.
  7. Specify TRUE in the right part of the screen.
  8. Set the Default Value as False.
  9. Click Save.
