Managing the Report Catalog
At the right of the line corresponding to the folder of interest, click the icon.
Administrators can modify these permissions to groups for folders in the report catalog:
- Not shared - members of the space group cannot view the dashboards and reports stored in the folder in Infor Birst Analytics
- Read Only - grants permission to view the dashboards and reports of the folder in Infor Birst Analytics
- Edit - grants the permission to modify, add or delete the dashboards and reports of the folder
- Apply to subfolders - applies the selected permissions to all the subfolders of the selected folder. This is an action, not a setting. The selection clears after you save it.
Note: Permissions can only be set for folders under the shared
folder, and not for private folders.
The group is a special delivered
group that contains all the space members.
Note: Newly
created folders inherit the permissions from their parent folder.
