Managing admin settings in Infor OS Portal

  1. Select User Menu > Admin Settings.

    This shows a landing page with a list of all applications accessible from the App Menu.

  2. To modify the security role access to an application, double-click the application icon.
  3. Under the Permissions tab, click Add New Users and/or IFS Security Roles.
  4. Specify the security role name in the search box, select the security role, and click Done.
  5. Click Save.
    Any user who is assigned the added role can see the application in the App Menu.
    Note: Users may not have permission to access the content of the applications displayed in the App Menu.
