Orchestration – performance improvements

  • Removed True Cost and Extension Space processing from workflow.
  • GL Subsystem Link orchestration can be run separately.

    Orchestration on looking up of cross reference between GL and supply chain. This could be run outside of the regular processing.

  • AllExtractDate variable
    • When replication sets are reset, this variable should be updated to the date before the reset date. This prevents additional data from being extracted into Infor Birst.
    • Run the ResetVariables workflow after updating the AllExtractDate.
  • Extract Sources are targeted to a hierarchy in the Source Space
    • Dependent scripts query from columnar store instead of text files and found to be more efficient
    • Incremental extractions and processing have stabilized
