User actions

The Copy Consumer Customization workflow creates user actions for these scenarios:

Missing folders or collections are identified.

If custom folders or collections are missing, a notification is sent to the user who must validate the list in the file storage and confirm if the IPA should copy the folders.

In Infor Financials & Supply Management, the user must navigate to Process Server Administrator > Configuration > File Storage. Look for the FSMAnalyticsCustomizationCustomDIRList.csv file and review the list.

The user can modify the list and exclude folders that will not be retained.

Option Description
Copy Folders Selecting this option directs the IPA to copy the folders listed to the STC consumer space.
End Process Selecting this option directs the IPA to skip the remaining steps and end the flow.

Missing reports or files are identified.

If custom reports, pages, and other files are missing, a notification is sent to the user who must validate the list in the file storage and confirm if the IPA should copy the folders.

In Infor Financials & Supply Management, the user must navigate to Process Server Administrator > Configuration > File Storage. Look for the FSMAnalyticsCustomizationCustomFilesList.csv file and review the list.

Copying of folders or files failed.

If copying folders or files fails because of an invalid path or file name, the workflow writes the failed items to the file storage again. A notification is sent to the user who must validate the items and make necessary corrections.

In Infor Financials & Supply Management, go to Process Server Administrator > Configuration > File Storage. The user can look for these files and make necessary corrections:
  • FSMAnalyticsCustomizationCustomDIRList.csv
  • FSMAnalyticsCustomizationCustomFilesList.csv
Option Description
Retry Copy Selecting this option directs the IPA to retry copying the folders or files from the modified list to the STC consumer space.
End Process Selecting this option directs the IPA to skip the remaining steps and end the flow.

No custom folders or reports are found.

If no custom folders or reports are found in the ATC and STC consumer spaces, a notification is sent to the user. The user can manually add folders or reports to the list that were modified and would like to be copied to STC consumer space.

In Infor Financials & Supply Management, go to Process Server Administrator > Configuration > File Storage. The user must look for the FSMAnalyticsCustomizationCustomFilesList.csv file and add report paths or folder to the list.

Continue Selecting this option directs the IPA to proceed copying the folders or files from the modified list to the STC consumer space.
End Process Selecting this option directs the IPA to skip the remaining steps and end the flow.
