Process flow

The diagram illustrates the steps that the Tenant to Tenant Workflow performs.

This workflow runs in the source tenant. First, the user GUID from the target is added in the source tenant spaces. Next the workflow creates backup of the spaces to be updated. Backup spaces only contains the metadata and does not include any data. A copy space from the source spaces to the target spaces is performed, followed by the repoint of connection and packages. The workflow is completed by creating new Birst workflows in the target based on the source spaces.
