Prerequisites

These are the prerequisites that must be met before performing an upgrade:

• Latest version of SMD spaces must be provisioned in the customer’s tenant environment
• Older version of STC or ATC spaces must be available in the customer’s tenant environment
• Initial setup of IPA was completed in the tenant. See Set up IPA for FSM Analytics
• Any scheduled Birst orchestration must be turned off
• Any scheduled replication sets must be turned off
• User should re-sync security roles in Infor OS Portal and ensure that the Birst-SystemAdmin role is assigned
