This section contains enhancements in Infor Financials and Supply Management.

Provide easier access to invoice Email Notification History

Email Notification History in Payables Invoice must be more accessible.

To test the enhancement:

  1. Sign in as Application Administrator, then go to Financials > Payables > Payables Processing > Manage Invoices.
  2. Click Create Invoice.
  3. Click the browse button and select Drill Around.
  4. Verify that the Email Notification History is available.

AP Recurring JE can not see scheduled amounts to confirm distribution split

Customer wanted the same recurring schedule bridge that existed in earlier versions where the scheduled amounts were visible.

Amount and Units columns were added to the recurring schedule bridge to confirm the post to entries balance and invoice amount.

To test the enhancement:

  1. Create an invoice with recurring journal on the distributions.
  2. Go to Global Ledger > Processing > Journal > Recurring Journals
  3. The newly created recurring journal must be in the list.
    Note: Amount and Unit columns are only visible after the recurring journal is processed.
  4. To process, select Journalize Recurring Journals, complete the fields that align with the journal, and submit.
  5. Return to Recurring Journals and the scheduled amounts, units, or both must be visible.

Check for empty JSON for Hyland web service call from Payables

When using Hyland or OnBase web services to retrieve the invoice document or URL, a comment must be added on the FSM invoice record if the JSON response is empty.

To test the enhancement:

  1. Set Vendor Group to use Hyland Document Management.
  2. Specify an invalid value in the Oauth record.
  3. Create an invoice in the Document interface or use the Update Document or Update URL action on an existing invoice.
  4. Verify that the action completes and the error is recorded as a comment on the Document Interface Invoice.
Perform the same steps on an invoice in Manage Invoices.

Ability to request updates to vendor locations

Users can Request Update Vendor Location to change an existing vendor location.

To test the enhancement:

  1. Navigate to the Manage Vendors page, open a Vendor record, and go to the Locations tab.
  2. Open an existing Vendor Location and select Request Update Vendor Location. Security is the same as Request New Vendor or Update Vendor.

Ability to Restore Cancelled Invoice

Users cannot restore a previously canceled invoice without recreating the invoice.

PayablesInvoice, PayablesInvoice (UI)

To test the enhancement:

  1. Go to Payables > Payables Processing > Manage Invoices.
  2. Create a new invoice.
  3. Release the newly-created invoice.
  4. Click the browse button and select Reinstate Cancelled Invoice.
  5. Click the Go to Reinstated Invoice button to automatically be pulled to the new invoice.
  6. Review the invoice for all of the copied information from the previously canceled invoice. All distributions must be pulled as well.
