Sublease Billing Invoice for IDM

To test the enhancement:

• Setup

1. Enable Use IDM Template from Receivable Company.
2. Assign an IDM Template or IDM Email Template to Sublease Billing tab. You may use the SampleDocumentTemplate from Receivables > Setup > Customer Document Setup > Sample Customer Document Templates.

• Process

1. Sign in as Lease Specialist.
2. Create a Lease with Payment Schedule and release it.
3. Create a Sublease with Payment Schedule and release it.
4. If you did not assign templates, then a message is displayed. To assign the template, select Drill Around > Sublease Billing Schedule.
5. Create Sublease Billing Invoice. Check the IDM Job, verify that the draft document is available. Check the invoice from View Invoice in form or list.
6. Select the Sublease Billing Invoice and release it. Check the IDM Job, verify that the generated document is available. Check the invoice from View Invoice in form or list.
7. Click Email Invoice from Called-out Action.
8. The From email address must be initialized from Company Customer Email Address.
9. If the Email check box is selected, then the To email address must be initialized From And Reply To Email.
10. If the check box for Sublease Billing Invoice in the Contact is selected, then the Cc Email Address must be initialized from Contacts of the Company Customer.
11. Email Subject must be initialized from Receivable Company Sublease Billing tab.
12. Email Template must be initialized from Receivable Company Sublease Billing tab. Verify that the file is available in the IDM Job.
13. From the Called-out action, click Print Invoice and print it. The printer must be initialized from Sublease on the Billing tab. Verify that the file is available in the IDM Job.
