Item Lifecycle Admin home page UX uplift

Tabs on the Item Lifecycle Admin home page have been changed to improve functionality.

The ability to contact the responsible associate for assigned work has been added to the task bar.

1. Sign in as Item Lifecycle Administrator. On the Home page select Past Due Tasks > Send Email > Task Activity to allow the administrator to make a call.
2. Task Activity > Notice Activity > Task Activity By Product.
3. Select Send Email.
4. Select the Task Owner to see the Employee Number of the Task Owner and the email is populated.
5. Specify the contents of the email.
6. Select Send Email.

Item Lifecycle Responder home page uplift

Enhanced the Item Lifecycle Responder Home page, added dashboard tab and removed some panels within the dashboard tab that were not necessary to the IL Responder.

Navigate to the Item Lifecycle Responder home page and verify that the dashboard pane shows Past Due Tasks.

4.0 SOHO Uplift standards have been updated under Supply Management > Supply Management Setup > Item Lifecycle Management

Verify that the following lists have an initial display search bar when you open the module:

• Item Lifecycle Management Group
• Domains
• Organizations Directly Assigned To
• Task Instructions
• Notice Types
• Notices
• Coordinators

The active flag on Item Lifecycle Management has been updated

The active flag on Item Lifecycle Management organizations is not correctly updated on associated inventory for requesting locations.

Updating of the active flag within Item Lifecycle Management.

1. Select an Item Lifecycle Organization that is active for an Inventory Location and Requesting Location
2. Set the Inventory Location to Add Inactive and Requesting Location to not Active
3. Verify that the associated Item Lifecycle Management Organizations are not active.
