This section contains enhancements in Infor Financials and Supply Management.

Requisition approval email message

Improved the email notification that is sent during requisition approval. Changed the requisition approval flow.

  1. Get login information for a level 1 and a level 2 requisition approver.
  2. Release an invoice that will be approved by the level 1 and a level 2 approvers.
  3. Check the level 1 approver's email for an email notifying them that a requisition is available for approval.
  4. Verify that there are no visual problems with the information displayed in the email.
  5. Approve the requisition as the level 1 approver.
  6. Check the level 2 approver's email for an email notifying them that a requisition is available for approval.
  7. Verify that the email received by the level 2 approver matches the email sent to the level 1 approver.
  8. Repeat the process with a different invoice to test how different information is displayed in the email. Look specifically at different numbers of header and line comments where some have attachments.

Supplier-submitted requests for requisition Bill Only processing

Supplier representatives who have the information for Bill Only processing need to create requisitions directly. Suppliers can now create requisitions for Bill Only processing.

  1. Set up a supplier contact so they can create requisitions with templates, ad-hoc lines, and contract lines.
  2. Sign in to the Supplier Portal as a supplier who can create requisitions.
  3. Select Create Requisition, create a requisition, and submit it.
  4. As a Requester, review the supplier requisition and accept it.
