Add ability to do Labor Distribution Reversal in mass

Customers have scenarios where they must perform a mass reversal of labor distribution. For example, if the fringe burden rates were incorrect or the selection group for eligible pay was defined incorrectly.

Program/Business class/Process affected:

• Labor distribution

Use these steps to test the enhancement:

1. Login as Project Accountant.
2. Select Project Processes > Labor Processes > Reverse Labor.
3. Select the employee group, labor schedule, and period for labor to be reversed.
4. Enter the posting date and click Submit.
5. Verify that the labor records for the period and the employees were reversed. The period is displayed as Approved in the Open Labor Periods for these employees.

Added new field for Project Structure Validation Dimension to Create Finance Enterprise Group

The new Project Structure Validation Dimension field was missing when a finance enterprise group was created. The actions to enable and disable project structure validation were inconsistently named. The action names were changed to Turn off and Turn on to follow the naming of actions for fund accounting and front end splits.

Use these steps to test the enhancement:

1. Create a new finance enterprise group.
2. Verify that the Project Structure Validation Dimension field is displayed on the Options tab.
3. Verify that the actions for the new feature are labeled Turn On Project Structure Validation and Turn Off Project Structure Validation.
