Uplift the Inventory Alert page to conform to the SoHo 4 UX standards.

Use these steps to test the enhancement:
- Sign in as Inventory Manager and select Alerts.
- Verify the list in each section of the page is displayed correctly, the search is enabled, and the lists in the Items With Zero Stock On Hand section and the Inventory Items Past Requested Delivery Date section are now single select.

- Verify the pages are compatible with earlier functionality, the fields and lists are displayed correctly, and the search is enabled.
- Run the Item Master Synchronization process.
