GL reporting

You can now expand and collapse levels within a chart of accounts. You can also select the level of the account hierarchy to display in the main grid. The enhancement was made on these financial reports to show consistency with other new GL reports:
  • Comparative Balance Sheet
  • Consolidated Income Statement
  • Income Statement - Budget vs Actual

Fiduciary Funds – Statement of Changes in Net Position

This enhancement added the Fiduciary Funds – Statement of Changes in Net Position report. The report show a government revenues and expenses plus changes in net position or equity at specific points in time, including end of month, end of quarter and end of year, calendar or fiscal.

This enhancement added the Proprietary Funds - Statement of Revenues, Expenditure, and Changes in Net Position report. The report shows government revenues and expenses plus changes in fund balances or equity at specific points in time, including end of month, end of quarter, and end of year, calendar or fiscal.

An application role called PublicSectorReport_ST was created. You can enable the role for a user to see available Public Sector contents.

Use these steps to test the enhancement:
  1. Select d/EPM Administration
  2. Under Dashboards select User and Permission Management > Users and User Groups.
  3. By default, new users will not be assigned the PublicSectorReport_ST role.
    To enable,
    1. Select a user or group and select the application under Application Roles section.
    2. Click the pencil button to edit.
    3. Select PublicSectorRole_ST to apply, then click Save button.
