Completing kitchen orders

  1. Select Supply Management > Kitchen Order Processing > Manage Kitchen Orders.
  2. Select a kitchen order and click Open.
  3. Click Complete.
  4. Specify this information:
    Actual Total Yield
    Specify the number of batches that are completed. This number may be different from the planned batch. For example, a production error or a burned batch caused the completed number of batches to be lower than the planned number.
    Waste Recipe Item
    Specify the number of finished items that were wasted, for example, if two pies were burned.
  5. Click Next.
  6. Review the kitchen order lines, and make adjustments to quantities for individual ingredient lines.
  7. Click Next.
  8. Review the quantity and costing information, and click Complete.
    The kitchen order is received into inventory as a finished product.
