Expiring contract widget
The expiring contract widget can only be added to the home page from the widget catalog.
This widget shows three bar graphs for expiring contracts based on Expiry date and Review date. The bar graphs show contracts expiring or to be reviewed that are within these date ranges:
- 0-30 days
- 31-60 days
- 61-90 days
When you select a bar, a list of contract records that are due to expire or to be reviewed within the specified range is displayed. Records in the list show these details:
- Contract ID
- Supplier
- Primary contact
- Supplier contact
- Expiring date
- Review date
- Total amount ordered
You can double-click a record in the list to open it in Contract Management. Click to view a list of these records on the Active Expiring And Expired Contracts page in Contract Management.
