Unapproved requisitions widget

This widget shows a bar graph of unapproved requisition records. The graph shows records that are within these date ranges on X-axis:

• 0-3 days
• 4-7 days
• 8-14 days
• 15-30 days

No. of requisitions on Y-axis.

You can select aging data in ranges up to 30, 60, and 90 days. When you select Up to 30 Days, segment 15-30 Days shows records of unapproved requisitions that span from 15 to 30 days. The same logic applies when you select 60 and 90 days aging.

When you select a segment, unreleased purchase order records are shown in list form. Records in the list show these details:

• Requisition number
• Requisition amount
• Requester name and contact information
• Requesting location name
• Creation date. You can add this field using personalization.

You can double-click a record to open it in FSM. Click View All to view a list of these records on the Needs Approval Requisitions page in FSM.
