Managing roles

Use this procedure to assign or remove roles from an existing user:

  1. Sign in as a administrator to Infor Ming.le or Infor OS Portal and select User Menu User Management.
  2. In the list of users, locate the new user and click User Details on the user name.
  3. Select the Security Roles tab.
  4. Click the Add icon.
  5. On the Select Security Roles page, select the roles to assign to the user.
  6. Click Add & Close.
  7. Click Save.
  8. To remove one or more roles, select the role, click and click Delete.
  9. Click Save.
