Managing roles in the application

Roles are assigned to actors when they are added to the system. As part of ongoing administration, you can update an actor record by adding or removing roles. We recommend that you use Infor Ming.le or Infor OS Portal, also known as Infor Federation Services CE, or IFS, to manage users, including role management.

If you cannot use Infor Ming.le or Infor OS Portal to manage roles, you can also add or remove roles for existing users in FSM.
