Viewing period cost runs

Use this to view a list of finalized allocation runs and their associated unit cost details and transactions details.

Select TrueCost Allocation Controls and open an allocation control.
On the Period Cost Runs tab, specify the search criteria:
Specify this information:

Allocation Run

Specify the allocation run with finalized status.

Allocation Period

Specify the allocation period.

Is Capacity

Select Yes if generating the period cost run for a capacity allocation or No if generating for an actual allocation.

Status

Select finalized status.
Click Search.
Select the Unit Cost tab to view the Unit Cost Driver and Unit Cost Details.
Select the Transactions tab to view the transaction details.
