Notifying suppliers of unsubmitted and missing responses

  1. Sign in as Application Administrator.
  2. Select Supply Management > Supply Management Setup > Utilities > Supplier Utilities > Notify Suppliers of Unsubmitted and Missing Responses .
  3. Specify this information:
    Sourcing Group
    Select a sourcing group.
    All Unsubmitted Responses
    Select this check box to notify suppliers of their unsubmitted responses.
    Enter number of days before close date to notify
    Provide the number of days before the event close date that an email alert is sent.
    Suppliers Who Were Notified But Have Not Created Responses
    For events with close dates, select this check box to send an email to suppliers who have not submitted a response.
    Enter number of days since release of event to notify
    Provide the number of days after an event is released that an email is sent.
    Suppliers Who Were Notified But Have Not Created Responses
    Select this check box to send an email to suppliers who have not submitted a response.
  4. Click Submit.
