Procurement card proxy
When adding information about the card holder, an administrator assigns a proxy to the procurement card. The proxy oversees the procurement card use of a group of card holders.
Reports are available to help the proxy monitor card use and bank charges. To view imported charges, use Procurement Card Charges.
A proxy's name is required for each procurement card. If your company does not use a proxy to oversee groups of card holders, then the administrator's name can be used instead.
