User ID

A user ID is an identifier that users must have before defining, inquiring, and updating orders in Item and Order Billing.

The user ID that you set up for Item and Order Billing must match the user ID that is used to sign in. Therefore, you must set up sign in IDs in the environment before you add user IDs in Item and Order Billing.

You can assign order type, process level, customer, and location to a user ID. If you do not define the values on the order, then the values that you assign to a user ID are the defaults.
