Creating supplier portal access

  1. Select Supply Management > Supply Management Setup > Groups and Companies > Supplier Groups.
  2. Open a supplier group record.
  3. Select the Supplier Portal Access tab.
    Note: Select at least one strategic sourcing, contract management, or supplier order management access options.
  4. In the Strategic Sourcing section, select the appropriate check boxes to indicate access to the supplier portal for all suppliers. Individual supplier contact portal access can be maintained in supplier contacts.
  5. In the Contract Management section, select the appropriate check boxes to indicate access to the supplier portal for all suppliers. Individual supplier contact portal access can be maintained in supplier contacts.
  6. In the Supplier Order Management section, select the appropriate check boxes to indicate access to the supplier portal for all suppliers. Individual supplier contact portal access can be maintained in supplier contacts.
  7. In the Miscellaneous section, select the appropriate check boxes to indicate access to the supplier portal for all suppliers. Individual supplier contact portal access can be maintained in supplier contacts.
  8. Click Save.
