Work order standard application reports and lists

This table contains the standard application reports and lists for work orders. To find the reports, use the menu search. Search for the Report name unless a name is specified in the Menu name column.

Lot And Serial Number Traceback	View the lot or serial numbers used in work orders. This list is based on the option selected for components that are used and for finished goods and byproducts produced.	n/a
Offsite Work Orders	View work orders for a production facility that are on offsite hold. Fields included are: Work order number Finished good item and description Hold code and description Vendor number and name Date sent offsite Production dates Planned quantity of finished goods produced by the work order	n/a
Warehouse Batch Work Order Scheduling	List documents and forecast demand for finished goods for a production facility. This report can be run for one item or for all finished goods. Specify the period in which the demand is reported when you run the report.	n/a

Warehouse Picking Feedback Update	Run this update after specifying the picking feedback information for components that have been picked for work orders. If you do not add picking feedback to the picking feedback form, then this report is not applicable.	n/a
Warehouse Production Feedback	Update inventory and Global Ledger for the used and produced inventory items, along with updating Global Ledger for the cost of burdens. In addition, the actual cost of the finished goods that are produced for the work order is determined. Run this process after completing production feedback for work orders. The production feedback form must be released. Running the production feedback update process changes the work order status to completed.	n/a
Warehouse Production Print	View information for work orders that are in production. This report includes the finished good, work order quantity, dates, components, burdens, byproducts, assembly instructions, and comments.	n/a
Warehouse Schedule Planning Report	View documents and forecast demand for finished goods for a production facility. This report can be run for one item or for all finished goods. The periods in which demand is reported are specified when you run the report. This report runs based on the required date or the latest start date for production. Individual document records can be listed in detail or summarized. Forecast demand is reported in summary.	n/a
Warehouse Work In Process Report	View component costs that have been issued from inventory and posted to work in process. Components for work orders that are in production and have picking feedback are selected for this report. This report can be run for all production facilities of a company or for a specific production facility. Warehouse Work Order Explosion	Explode released work orders for a production facility. You can explode all released work orders, a specified range of work order numbers, or a specified date range.	n/a
Warehouse Work Order Pick List Print	View a pick list of components of work orders that are in production status. Inventory component items and used packing items in the work order are printed.	n/a
Work Order Distributions	View postings to Global Ledger by solution. Run Warehouse Production Feedback Update to update postings for inclusion on the report. The report is totaled by location and company and can be limited to a specific work order range or date range.
