Applying credits

Use this procedure to immediately create cash application records without processing selected records.
  1. Sign in as Receivables Specialist or Receivables Manager.
  2. For Receivables Specialist, select Cash Application > Apply Credit.
    For Receivables Manager, select Processing > Cash Application > Apply Credit.
  3. Select a payment record.
  4. Specify this information:
    Adjustment Reason
    Optionally, select an adjustment reason for the highlighted application on the Adjustments tab.
    Adjustment Amount
    Optionally, specify an adjustment amount.
  5. Right-click a highlighted row and select Apply To Credit.
