Perform Release and Deliver or Release and Deliver No Backorders for these
reasons:
- To send delivery information to MSCM.
- To update and close delivered quantities for requisition lines that are associated
with the received PO lines.

Select an order record by double-clicking it.

Click Release
And Deliver or Release And Deliver No Backorders.
Before you release the receiver, you must review and adjust it
to ensure that no errors exist. After you release the receiver, all inventory
items and transaction are created in Inventory Control.
If you receive an Out of Balance message when you release the receiver,
then the detail quantities for Lot, Bin, or Serial tracked items are not equal
to the total received quantity.
