Project invoicing process

  1. Run Generate Invoices action.
  2. Preview “created” invoice and invoice lines.
  3. Make changes to the invoice using these actions: Edit Invoice Line, Remove Transaction, Create Advance Billing, and Revert Invoice Line.
  4. Regenerate Printable Invoice.
  5. Preview and validate edited invoice.
  6. If using invoice approval feature, submit invoice for approval. Invoice must be “approved” in order to journalize.
  7. Run Journalize Invoices action.
  8. View resulting journal control and journal transactions.
  9. View invoiced transaction history, including audit log and adjustment history.
