Emailing invoices

An invoice can be emailed after it has been created or journalized.

  1. Sign in as Project Accountant, Project Administrator, or Project Manager.
  2. Select Project Contracts.
  3. Select the Invoices tab.
  4. Select one or more invoices with the View Invoice button next to it and select Actions > Email Invoice.
  5. Specify this information:
    From Email
    Specify the email address that the invoice is coming from. The default value is the email specified on the project structure.
    To Email
    Specify the email address to send the invoice to. The default value is the email specified on the project funding bill to email address.
  6. Click Submit.
