Updating encumbrance amounts

  1. Sign in as Project Accountant.
  2. Select Project Management > Labor Distribution.
  3. Click the By Employee tab to view amounts by employee or click the By Period to view amounts by period.
  4. Open the employee labor period.
  5. Update the Planned Percent field for each project assignment for the period.
  6. Click Save.

    The encumbrance amounts are automatically updated.
