Releasing change requests

After a change request is created, it must be released. Releasing the request automatically routes it for approval. After the request is released, you cannot make updates to it or delete it. To fix any errors, you must create a new change request.

  1. Sign in as Project Accountant, Project Administrator, or Project Manager.
  2. Select Project Contracts.
  3. Open a project contract and select the tab associated with the type of change request:
    • Contract Change Requests tab
    • Project Funding Change Requests tab
  4. Select the change request record.
  5. Select Actions > Release.
