Viewing on hold invoices

Invoices can be placed on hold for several reasons. A payment cannot be released until the hold is removed. You must review the payments that are on hold before the payment can be processed.

  1. Sign in as Payables Manager and select Run Processes > Process Payments > Payment Inquiry > On Hold Invoice Search.
  2. Use the search parameters to narrow results. With all parameters blank, click Search to show the entire list of invoices that are on hold.
  3. You can click the Vendor Search Name and the Invoice links to show the Vendor page and Invoice page respectively.
  4. These actions are available:
    • Take Off Hold
    • Update Hold Code
