Creating combined reportable income reports

  1. Sign in as Application Administrator and select Financials > Payables > Payables Processing > Process Tax Documents > Combined Reportable Income.
  2. Click Create.
  3. Specify this information:
    Vendor Group
    Select a vendor group from which the report is generated.
    Company
    Specify the company number for the report.
    Process Level
    Specify the process level to include in the report.
    Invoice
    Specify the invoice.
    Tax ID
    Specify the tax ID from combined reportable income transaction.
    Include All Invoices
    Select to include all applicable invoices in the report.
    From Reportable Amount
    Specify the start of the reportable amount range.
    To Reportable Amount
    Specify the end of the reportable amount range.
    Invoice Currency
    Select the invoice currency for the report.
    Income Code
    Specify the income code.
    Vendor
    Specify the vendor from the combined reportable income transaction.
    Payment Number
    Specify the payment number from the combined reportable income transaction.
    Payment Amount
    Specify the payment amount from the combined reportable income transaction.
    Withholding Amount
    Specify the withholding amount from the combined reportable income transaction.
    From Payment Date
    Specify the start of the payment date range.
    To Payment Date
    Specify the end of the payment date range.
  4. Click Save.
