Dates

Order forms have an order date, request date, and expected ship date:

• Order date

  The order date is the date on which the order was defined The system date is the default.

• Request date

  The default of the request date is the expected ship date. The request date is only used for processing if you select this as the allocation date during the setup in Billing.

• Expected ship date

  The expected ship date is when the customer order is expected to ship from the warehouse. It is the primary selection parameter for printing the pick list. This date comes from the order date plus the number of ship days. Ship days are defined when you set up the process levels in Billing.
