Smart Reconciliation process flow

Smart Reconciliation is comprised of these main processes:

Process Description
User setup An administrator uses the Smart Reconciliation administration pages to set up and maintain Smart Reconciliation users. With the administration pages, you can assign a company or range of companies to a user and range of vendors to the user.
Reconciling invoices Users accessSmart Reconciliation to filter and match exception invoices. You can match at the invoice level or at the item detail level. Use the Work List filter functionality to create a work list so that you can work through invoices. In the match pages, you review or create sets of invoice and receiver lines at the invoice or purchase order level which you then submit for matching. All lines where the quantity and unit costs match are automatically placed into match sets. Only lines with exceptions are displayed in the work area.
