Recovering budget templates from processing errors

If a budget template activation fails, then the template remains in Processing. Confirm if one of the actions failed and reset the template to Not Ready.

Before resetting the template, ensure that no action instances for any of the actions listed are running.

  1. Select My Actions.
  2. Click the My Scheduled Actions tab.
  3. Verify whether there are action instances that failed or terminated.

    If there are failed action instances, the template processing must be recovered.

  4. Select Budgeting > Budget Scenarios.
  5. Open the scenario with the budget template processing error and click the Edit Templates tab.
  6. To reset the template to Not Ready status, select the template with the failed template and click Actions > Recover After Processing Error.
