Substitute items

Substitute items are items that you can choose to substitute for another item.

For example, you can define blue mugs as substitute items for yellow mugs. Then, if you are out of yellow mugs, you will be prompted to substitute blue mugs. The item substitute is not automatic, it gives you a choice.

You can assign more than one substitute item per item master.
