Approval or rejection with reviewers specified

If a new item proposal has reviewers specified, they will receive an email notification when they have a new item proposal to review.

  1. Sign in as Item Lifecycle Management Responder and select My Open Item Proposals.
  2. Review the proposal with the board.
  3. Approve or reject the proposed new item.
  4. CommentIf you reject the proposed new item, you must specify in the field why it was rejected.
  5. Click OK.
  6. An email notification is sent to the coordinator indicating whether the proposal was approved or rejected.
