Contract configurations

The term and condition attachment, also referred to as exhibit, is appended at the end of these documents when generated:

  • Contract document
  • Contract redline document
  • Addendum document

The exhibits must be in .DOCX format. Any other format is rejected. To access the exhibits, perform these actions:

  • For articles and terms repository, and contract records, sign in as Supply Management Administrator. Select Shared Setup > Articles and Terms.
  • For contract records with unsupported attachments, sign in as Contract Manager and open the contract record. Select the Alert Links tab and click Unsupported Term and Condition Attachments file type.

This table contains the menus that you can select to email these documents:

Menu Description
  • Email Contract
  • Email Contract To Supplier

To email the Contract Document, select the Include Latest Contract Document check box.

To email the Contract Redline Document, select the Include Latest Redline Document check box.

  • Email Addendum
  • Email Addendum To Supplier
To email the latest addendum document, select this menu.
