External entity access

The Billing and Receivables Portal can be configured to use the IFS External Entity Management service for customer representative access. This feature improves security and visibility of customer representative identities. It provides flexible authentication options for customer representatives.

Users with the receivables administrator or receivables manager roles can perform these functions to manage customer representatives:

  • Add customer representatives
  • Update customer representative profiles
  • Send email notifications to customer representatives

Features and options:

  • Primary email address sign-in
  • Codes for customer representative verification
  • Notification of change of customer representative email
  • Branding
  • Sign-in page links for terms of use, contact us, and policy information
  • Outgoing email
  • Password requirements
  • Multifactor authentication

These features are available to customers that meet these requirements:

  • Multi-tenant
  • Landmark 2022.x
  • FSM version 2022.06 or later

Enablement occurs by provisioning new customers or by a migration process for existing customers. When the advanced feature is provisioned, customers can configure the components. See the Infor CloudSuite Corporate, Healthcare and Public Sector Multi-tenant Configuration Guide for information about provisioning and migration for external applications.
