Creating attachments

Use this procedure to create a list of attachments to show on the Links and Attachments tab of the Billing and Receivables Portal.

To add attachments to a customer group, the Use Billing Receivables Portal check box must be selected for the customer group.

  1. Select Customer Group.
  2. Open a customer group.
  3. On the Portal Attachments tab, click Create.
  4. Specify a description, whether to display the attachment for anonymous users, and the attachment.
  5. Click Save.
  6. Optionally, click Update Display Order to set the order of the attachments.
