External customer representative contacts and emails

Contact record for customer representatives

  • Users with the receivables administrator and receivables manager role can add a contact record. An email is sent to the customer representative with a link to a registration page. The customer representative registers credentials for their account.
  • Customer representatives can self-register and access the Billing and Receivables Portal home page using a link. The customer representative registers an account with their credentials.

Emails for customer representatives

Receivables administrators and managers can update email addresses for external customer representative. When the email is used to sign in, the sign-in information is also updated.

When the email address is updated, an email is sent to the customer representative about the change with instructions to use the Forgot Password link on the sign-in page.
