Configuring national account statement processing rules

  1. Select Financials > Receivables > Manage Customers > National Accounts.
  2. Select a national account customer.
  3. Click Statement.
  4. In the National Account Statement Options section, specify this information:
    Required
    Select this check box if the statements are required for the customer.
    Cycle Code
    Select a cycle code.
    NA Summary
    Select this check box to print the national account summary statement.
  5. In the Open Item Statement Options section, specify this information:
    Zero Balance
    Select this check box if the statements are created for the customers with zero balance.
    Past Due Only
    Select this check box if the statements are only created for past due invoices.
    Over Credit Limit Only
    Select this check box if the statements are only created for the customers with balances that exceed the credit limit.
    Credit Balance
    Select this check box to create statements for customers with a credit balance.
  6. Click Save.
